
The Importance of Nutrition
Introduction
LivING Fit is a company that focuses on nutritional health and fitness through online training. The president of LivING Fit wants to get a better understanding of their clients relationship with nutrition and find ways to make sure clients are getting the proper nutrition during their training.
Before beginning training, clients were required to complete a survey. That is the data* that is going to be used to complete this analysis.
First, we are going to gather some demographical information including age and gender. Next we want to analyze the following question: "What prevents you from having a healthy & balanced diet?"
SQL and Google Sheets were used to clean and process the data. After completing analysis, we were able to gather the following insights:

Final Thoughts
After discovering more than 50% of clients from LivING Fit have difficulties with maintaining a balanced and healthy diet because of temptations and cravings I was able to report back to the owner and discuss possible solutions including:
1.) Ensuring that clients are consuming enough calories. Under eating can lead to unwanted cravings; processed and sugary foods are often the foods people consume during these moments.
2.) Develop nutritional guides for clients to follow. Clients can learn the importance of maintaining a healthy and balanced diet during strength training.
